As you may already be well aware, the way in which many of us are living is unnatural, and quite toxic. Deadly chemicals persist in our food, water, household items, building materials, clothing, and toiletries. Our environments are overstimulating, our workloads demanding. We are animals- built for a life much simpler than this. Our bodies, although strong and able to withstand much, are beginning to "crumble" under the toxic burdens of our modern everyday life. We cannot sustain ourselves this way. It is having lasting impacts on our health, as well as that of future generations. Despite "advances in modern medicine," disease is at an all-time high, most of which are caused by lifestyle factors, diet, and exposure. Our energy output is low, depression and anxiety are high, and most of us live with some kind of chronic illness. 1 in 3 people develop cancer.
